GIFT VOUCHER ORDERS

Gift Vouchers are in electronic format, once payment is cleared, we will activate the voucher and inform you by email. You can then email the voucher to the recipient.

POSTAGE & HANDLING

All posted items are sent when funds are cleared.
The mail is sent out each working day Monday-Friday.

AUSTRALIA

McLeod Limited Mintage will send all goods by registered post at different rates:
0-250g $4.50
250-500g $6
500-1kg $9.
Each extra 500g $3.00.
Special rate Insurance for free.

Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be processed and delivered.

NEW ZEALAND

McLeod Limited Mintage will send all goods by registered post at a rate of $14 AUD (including insurance).

Please allow 14-21 days for your order to be processed and delivered.

INTERNATIONAL

McLeod Limited Mintage will send all goods to most overseas destinations at a rate of $20 AUD (including insurance) .

We are unable to advise of expected delivery times for international orders, but Australia Post estimates between 14-30 working days. Due to differing postal services around the world, insurance on goods can not be guaranteed in all countries.

CUSTOMS

Some countries may have limits on the amount of goods allowed between countries before incurring fees or duty taxes. Please be advised that you will be responsible for all charges (if any) which may be applied to your goods by customs.

We apologise but are unable to specify what taxes may apply (if any) and how much they might be.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Goods bought from Mcleod Limited Mintage offer a total refund within a time period. 14 Days for returns in original condition within Australia. New Zealand 21 days and Overseas 30 days from dispatch date.
Postage is not refundable.
